1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
• You will receive an email or WhatsApp update once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and others to ensure timely and reliable delivery across India.

3. Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
• Remote or Rural Areas: 8–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, etc.).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
You can track your package using this link to stay updated on your delivery status.

5. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time:

• Check the tracking details shared with you.
• Contact our support team at lafangeh@gmail.com  with your order number.
  We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at lafangeh@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
